Exhibit Opportunities

The SOBP Annual Meeting will be held in San Diego, California, Thursday, April 27-29, 2023.

To view a brief outline of the conference, request to be an exhibitor, or to view exhibition policies, please request the Exhibitor Form from sobp@sobp.org.  All requests will be reviewed by the SOBP Executive Office.  Approved exhibitors may be listed in the SOBP program, if desired.

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

Non-Profit Organizations
Before March 24, 2023: $1,000
On or after March 25, 2023: $1,250

For-Profit Organizations
Before March 24, 2023: $1,500
On or after March 25, 2023: $1,750

Exhibitor Packages Include:

  • Logo on Exhibit Signage
  • Access to printed and online Meeting materials, including
    Meeting Guide and Registration List (email address are not

Opening Plenary begins: 8:00 am
Lunch: 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
Poster Session: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Welcome Reception: 7:30 pm – 9 pm

Registration opens: 7:00 am

SATURDAY, APRIL 29
