CME Information

Continuing Medical Education and Disclosures 

Attendees will be eligible to receive the credit hours listed below for attending the SOBP Annual Meeting. To obtain CME credits for the conference, you must complete the post-conference meeting evaluation. 

There will be a $40.00 charge for registrants to obtain CME credits. If you did not pay for the CME credits during registration, you will be prompted to do so during the evaluation process. Upon completion of the post-conference evaluation and attestation, your CME certificate will be emailed to you. Please note, this email will often go to spam. If you do not receive your certificate, please email sobp@sobp.org. 

Learners must complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion. Your chosen sessions must be attended in their entirety.  Partial credit of individual sessions is not available. If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.
